New quest
Starting from a blank quest…
Your drafts
not saved yetYou build a new quest from nothing; nothing here reads or changes a live quest file. A draft stays private to your account until you submit it. Open one to carry on building.

Review and submit
save, download or testSave draft keeps the quest on the server under your account. Download gives you the .bin exactly as the server would serve it. Submit for testing puts it in your quest counter as a testing quest only you can load; the server assigns its quest id, and the testing copy pays no rewards.
